In a comprehensive events program with film showings, club evenings and concerts the dark music continues in an interesting forum for a variety of art including the super-amazing performance of resourceful and imaginative people.
At the international start and in addition to the film "Look out! We're Coming to Get You!" the photos documents today's German scene from the most important and largest contemporary dark music event, "Wave-Gotik-Treffen", summer 2002 till summer 2004, in Leipzig and in Hildesheim.
Focused exclusively on portraits the photo-serie offers the cultivation of individual eccentric taste, the masquarade-like atmosphere, an amalgam of historical icons, fiction, fantasy and everyday life, gestures of playful ambivalence, combining with personal myths, creating and transforming identities - care less about the standardized fashion and the socio-political culture in which they live.
